Hard Pass, Avoid Lori, Arrogant is an understatement. Never looked or touched my inventory, based off images and video she grossly over estimated weight. Refused to honor a repeat customer discount that United Van Lines said is offered. Then insinuated and insulted me by saying she doesn't know who I was talking to in Denver. Stay away. These guys are over priced and arrogant. Having moved several times they know that you’ll never use them again, so they don’t care how they treat you. Read all the one stars and make your choice wisely.
Jacob and his crew (Riley, Yolberth, and Brian) were on time, efficient, and professional. Definitely the best experience I have had with a moving company. I would highly recommend Armstrong!
My move was passed to Armstrong from a local Denver affiliate. Then they passed me on to United. It was a mess. Packers were sloppy at best, damaged many pieces of art, frames scratched, chipped and glass broken. Objects missing. Two sculptures damaged beyond repair. Someone's ID card was packed into one of my boxes. And now my damage claim is not being handled in timely manner. It still is unresolved from move in September. Amazing service. Armstrongs Company handled my relocation from Austin to Boulder, and it was a flawless process. I hate moving! Who doesn't? But my rep Kseniia Pavlukhina made this as easy as it could be. She communicated with me constantly, responded to my questions (I had a lot) minutes after I asked them, and ensured everything ran on schedule, and was flexible to times where I wouldn't be in town to receive the move.
