The staff here treat their patients horribly. They charge a ridiculous fee for paperwork (that you will have to fill out yourself) and will drop your appointment if you are so much as one minute late. If the receptionist doesn't like you, they'll find any excuse to drop you as a patient all together. Don't waste your time here. This place is a disgrace

Called for a paper copy of my sons 12 month paper work from his appointment yesterday. First off they ask me what its for like that's any of their business but I tell them anyway. I say I need to make sure his height and weight are on it she says well can just tell you so its easier. Okay his appointment was yesterday I know his height and weight I remembered exactly, what I asked for was a copy because his other appointment asked for it in writing. The lady at the front and who answers the phone is literally the worst there. She needs to be fired and maybe the business will actually get good reviews. I don’t know who she thinks she is or gets off on talking to people the way you do but go work at fast food or Walmart and not work in child care if you’re gonna be so miserable.

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn’t for the receptionists, every single doctor i’ve seen for my child has been lovely but the receptionists are just so terribly rude. Every time you call, the one lady is so incredibly disrespectful and half the time will just hang up on you. In person she flipped out on me saying my daughter doesn’t have insurance and proceeded to tell me that they won’t see me if I don’t get it figured out, she was on top of me the whole appointment about calling the insurance company even after I ... read more
