The doctors hear are excellent but the front staff is absolutely awful. I had one friend request me 10 minutes after leaving an appointment. Pam has been working there for years and I don’t think she’s ever had a good day since she’s constantly rude. I’m switching offices simply to get away from the front office which is sad because I love all the doctors. The lady working the front desk, Pam, should not be allowed near a phone nor allowed to work in customer service. This lady has severe anger issues and gives attitude for no reason. She will belittle you and make you feel stupid. Pam shouldn’t have a job in customer service, let alone healthcare. Everyone else is great!
Any time I call for any questions or to change an appointment and Pam answers, she is always yelling and giving attitude. This lady has been there forever and seems quite unhappy with her job. She needs a new one ASAP!!
Pam is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous. She screamed at me over the phone because I wanted my daughter’s record paper for school. If I could give this place 0 stars I would just because of Pam. She’s not a very nice lady. Everyone else is nice there. Please fire Pam!!!!!!
