Built our subdivision with poor oversight on the subcontractors. They used subpar materials including mdf boards as fir stripping without sealing the bottoms so they suffered from significant rot within a few years of moving in to all of our houses. When questioned about the quality of their workmanship, the vice president was condescending and questioned our knowledge of basic house maintenance. Ignored further requests to give them a chance to make right on our subdivision four years after they built it.
