I have taken my kids to this facility for over 20 years. My son who is almost 30 now and special needs missed his yearly exam. When I called to see about getting him an appointment they said he had missed and couldn’t be seen anymore. My child has a very lengthy medical history and it would take me a very long time to explain everything. Great Doctor but don't ever get to see him. My child has been sick for 10 days now where she can't even breath I had to take her to med express then the Emergency Room cuz the staff won't tell Armstrong my doctor needs to see him. Horrible front desk staff it's like they get to pick what kids get to see Armstrong.. I've been taking my daughter there since she's been born 6 years ago but she can't see Armstrong when she sick
Staff yelled at me on a recorded line and told me to never come back. My child is sick with pneumonia and they refuse to treat her .
Dr. Armstrong and his whole team are so wonderful with my son! They are quick to get back to me when I call and always have time to see him.
Great doctors here! Incredibly knowledgable and kind!
