So, they sent a letter in the mail as notification of dismissal from the practice (for my mother who has been in and out of the hospital and care facilities for the past year) due to a missed appointment on March 8, 2021 with the excuse that they gave her an appointment card during her last appointment in 2020. No messages were left in advance to advise of the appointment either. "well, it's our policy to dismiss patients who have missed three appointment in their lifetime".
