Called Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon to have AC unit looked at for cooling issues during the hottest week of the year so far. It is 83 F inside the house and their technician is a no-show. Had to reschedule with a different company for a different day. Very frustrating experience. Called them multiple times throughout the day and was sent to voicemail every time.

The hot water heater install couldn't have gone any better.The techs arrived on time and the complete job was finished in a few hours. They were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. They were very thorough and made sure everything operated perfectly before they left. I've used Armstrong Mechanical for over ten years for all HVAC issues including new AC as well as a new aqua-therm heating system. I would absolutely recommend them.
