Always such a safe place in here! As a newer stylist still learning new color lines and things, I always feel comfortable asking for help and for advice and they are always more than willing to help! Love love love this store!
Usually the customer service here is fantastic but today it was the absolute worst. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in, the older Hispanic lady at the front just rolled her eyes and continued looking at her computer, whom I’ve never seen there before so I’m assuming she’s new. When I walked up to check out she didn’t even acknowledge me, just began to scan not even a simple “hello” or anything, just scanned, said the total looking annoyed that there was customers. I just want to share that I have the best Sales Rep in the whole area!! Leslie Mckinney has hands down been absolutely amazing! She knows what products i use, what classes I love to attend and invites me every time. She text me monthly sales and keeps me up to date on product changes or helps me learn about others that compare at her location over say another vendor. I just love this Armstrong in Mckinney!! Leslie, Rhea,and Hannah.. and the rest of the girls that work there are always so helpful and always take care of me with a smile! They don't skip a beat! I don't have to go to another store to try to get what I need! They stay on top of it and they also keep it so organized, it's really nice and neat!
