Always such a safe place in here! As a newer stylist still learning new color lines and things, I always feel comfortable asking for help and for advice and they are always more than willing to help! Love love love this store!

Usually the customer service here is fantastic but today it was the absolute worst. Wasn’t greeted when I walked in, the older Hispanic lady at the front just rolled her eyes and continued looking at her computer, whom I’ve never seen there before so I’m assuming she’s new. When I walked up to check out she didn’t even acknowledge me, just began to scan not even a simple “hello” or anything, just scanned, said the total looking annoyed that there was customers.
