WORST EXPERINCE EVER!!!! I get verbally harassed at the front entrance by an old lady that was probably the owner demanding my hair license an ID. Demanding I put my information in the system before I'm even able to shop or that I can't look around at items first. You call this a professional store pssh more like a Sally's beauty. I never get treated like that at salon centric. FWY NEVER TREAT CUSTOMER THAT WAY EVER!!!!!!

Came in not realizing it was for professionals only so when I inquired about that she was so rude when she told me "there's a sign posted in the window." I had a small empty bottle of a product that I was looking for when I came in and both girls chased me out the door to ask if I had taken a product from the store in front of other people! It's a shame when we have cusomer sales people who are so rude!!!
