Management is poor. Tried to purchase something at 9:00 A.M. (hours are 8:00A.M.) and no one was there. I called around to see if the store was closed down. Got ahold of uppper management, and was reassured that no its not closed down and that they will see whats going on. Finally by 10:30 local manager answered the phone and said there was a "conflict of schedule". no apology or reassurance that it wasnt going to happen again.
