Lowered my review from a five-star. I guess sometimes that happens with management changes. Wasn't aware that the store had a no return policy. This month they're running "the big bottle sale" I assumed that my products we're going to be a part of that sale and wasn't told until check out that they weren't (after I asked). I was a little embarrassed and in the middle of a conversation so I figured I would address it later. This is a special location. There is an employee here named Raquel who remembers your name. She treats you like family and coming to her store feels more like entering a small town family business where you’re really cared for. I hope she is taken care of well as the gem of a lady she is and always stays, she genuinely makes visiting there feel so warm and cozy. I wish more businesses had people like this because the world would be a better place. :)
