This is BY FAR my favorite Armstrong McCall to come to. It’s so organized and clean, Joey and his team are beyond helpful and take the time to know all the customers and offer advice. I always come in for my salons color every week and it’s always a huge order but I’m always helped to my car and I really appreciate that, they definitely go the extra mile and deserve to be recognized for it! Thank you thank you thank you!
Lowered my review from a five-star. I guess sometimes that happens with management changes. Wasn't aware that the store had a no return policy. This month they're running "the big bottle sale" I assumed that my products we're going to be a part of that sale and wasn't told until check out that they weren't (after I asked). I was a little embarrassed and in the middle of a conversation so I figured I would address it later.
