I always shop at Dallas and this is my first time buying here in Denton. I always give my phone number and they immediately find me at Dallas very nice people there. The cashier ask for my number and I give it to them. They proceed to ask me for my license. Like yea let me just take it out of my station and bring it here everytime I shop here like who has their license on them at all time?? I’m writing to share my experience at this location. Unfortunately, I found several products with false advertisements. After checking out, I kindly requested that they remove the signs. This is the second time this has happened, and I’m not planning to return. I’m glad I don’t live in Denton, as I feel sorry for the stylist who have to deal with this situation.
terrible customer service
This place has improved so much sense the staff change . i havent been back for awhile sense the last time we were there the guy who was there everytime we came in seemed lazy was always sitting around smoking a vape inside and sighed when we asked for a little help like we were disturbing him very unprofessional the girl with the tattoos was very very nice and helpful but didn't know much about the hair colors . she did explain she was very new she had amazing customer service this time we were very very excited to have som... read more
