I had a very unpleasant experience at this store yesterday. When I went in to exchange a product, the supervisor or manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of assisting me politely, she took the product from me with a very displeased attitude, making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect better service and basic respect. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here again. I went there with a positive mind and then I left with the mindset of never shopping at this location again.

Took my wife to exchange a conditioner for a shampoo and was met by the most unfriendly person who told us to give her the product to be exchanged as we were walking towards the item we wanted. Not a smile, not a greeting and definitely not professional. We immediately decided that we would just get a refund and were told that it would only be a store credit. We asked if the credit could be used at a different Armstrong location and was promptly told no by the same rude, store supervisor/manager. We chose to do the exchange ... read more
