Horrible customer service, I have not shopped there in going on 2 years because of the customer service. I am a salon owner and they are in walking distance. I'd rather spend the gas going to Salon Centric.

Barely ever have what you need in stock and it's always 1000000000 degrees in there. From what I hear the owner won't let them use the AC.
