Would highly recommend this garage for buying a car, all the staff are friendly and helpful, nothing is too much, had to get the car inspected to be able to purchase and they where very accommodating and patient, no faults found at all, concern as front tyres where different tread depth, they corrected this straight away. Big shout out to Neil the salesman for his help and support and in dept overview of the car functions and history.
Having broken down whilst travelling from the West Country to East Riding we were recommended this garage. I cannot praise the staff enough - they were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. They even offered to drive us back to our holiday cottage if the part(s) were delayed. My sincere thanks for getting us back on the road within 3 hours.
Purchased a car for my wife from here, the service was excellent and would highly recommend. The vehicle is in excellent condition and they provided all the information we asked for without and problems. Just bought a car from Armstrong Massey. And have to say that their level of professionalism is second to none. I had a little issue with a wing mirror, but they were more than keen to rectify this for me.(hopefully soon anyway) I can definitely recommend For anyone interested in buying a car from this dealer.
