We could not be more disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) provided by Armstrong. First, we requested support to install a range hood vent. They provided a quote but could not get a certain part. We ordered it online and followed up for installation. Never could get a date from Armstrong and had to find other means to install. The second issue, a Tosot heat pump in our brand new house stopped working and Armstrong are the only ones in the area certified for Tosot. Had issues with my venmar, called Allan showed up a few days later. in 30 minutes, the problem was diagnosed, and repaired. Super knowledgeable and preparedness aside, Allan is just a super great guy! remembered being here years ago. Highly recommended!

I have relied on Allan of Armstrong Installers for over 10 years for service and repair of my ventilation and central vacuum systems. He has always been prompt when I've had a problem needing fixing, and has been on time, every time, for appointments. He's fixed whatever problem I've had quickly, and the cost has been very reasonable,.
