Bought a freshly traded in kubota zero turn z 121s a couple years back from armstrong implements. Some things were missed while it went through the shop. Since I purchased the unit out of province it wasn't easy to get those things resolved. The owner instantly offered full refund without hesitation to make things right. Definitely exceeded expectation on that part. Appreciate the commitment of service even after a sale is completed.
Bought a kubota zero turn z 121s a couple years back. Transaction and delivery into my province was smooth. Brad Lockman was nice and helpful. Everything was supposed to be in working order. Came with flat tire. Said kawasaki engine in description but came with a kohler. Has dripping oil leak from one of the axles. First and last time I'd buy from a dealer. Maybe if I'd live in the same Province they would run it through their shop again but if your buying from further away they won't help you.
Had the luxury of spending a week with Brandon and he is top notch quality! He is extremely passionate about his company and truly cares about the clientele! Absolutely hit these guys up for whatever you may need!
