I was ready to settle a medical collection but Ashley was very rude to me and hung up while I was trying to pay.
These people are very rude and condescending. When you try to ask questions to get and understanding they get mad at you and hang up but the stay calling you. Harassment if you ask me.....
Very rude they have no compassion for people. I hate debt collectors if I was rich I wouldn't have debt i cant just pull money out of thin air!!!
