The sales person hyped up a tree I was looking at and said the high quality justified the high price. Went on about rootstock and blah, blah, blah. Said if there is any issue they would replace for no additional fee. I'm good with plants but this tree never took off. I returned to the store with the dead tree and the staff surprisingly couldn't find any record of the transaction. They talked down to me and treated me like a scammer. They have almost everything you need for your backyard and everyone is nice and eager to help you.
Armstrong Encinitas consistently has high quality plants cared for by knowledgeable, friendly staff. Being able to special order plants is a service that keeps me coming back. I am super appreciative of Warren, an employee who was able to special order a specific, hard to find Bougainvillea for me. The plants he found are stunning, in excellent condition and look beautiful in my garden. Thank you!
