My 19-year-old LiftMaster finally gave out probably due to electrical surge that took out the main electrical board. John Ayers did a great job explaining different options and worked very hard installing new lift motor, track, and updated associated controls. The belt drive is super smooth and quiet. My only negative is A1 is probably on the pricey side but I've been with them for 20 years back when they were called Armstrong and then Oviedo Garage and it's a lot of the same folks and good service so I highly recommend.
