Very Good she is very caring and understanding to patients personal needs (in regards to helping me get a Handicap Tag and she did a letter for me to obtain a Service Dog). HOWEVER on my last visit in Apr 2024 I was told she had 'retired' I have a upcoming appointment with another Dr in the practice (who I've seen before) but I miss NP Armstrong and 'need' to start looking for another provider.

I had issues and frustrations with several at LMC trying to address some rotating issues I kept having, met her and she had read 12 years of information, made a logical assessment and we got started on healing. She does not baby, she does not coddle, she gets a feel for you, absorbs all the information she can and makes a judgement call that usually puts you on the right track, making adjustments along the way to perfect the outcome. She listens, its a hell of a lot more than the official 'Doctors' had done.

For six years I was having trouble with immobility, pain, weight gain, etc. For six years, I was told its was my cholesterol...no wait, its fine. Now its thyroid, no wait, that's fine too. The subtext being "it's in your head" but even anti-depressants weren't helpful. I begged for someone who knew the endocrine system and was directed to Gail. Before I ever met her, she'd read through my file so by the time we met, she summed up stuff that I'd long accepted as normal for me and had a plan ready
