Unfriendly, No staff almost 100% of the time. Dirty, no staff cleaning , the very very part-time owners do not put money in gym. Old and broken equiptment. No changing room, shower. Smells like paint, bad fumes from connected body shop. Gives you headache ! Patrons are mostly young boys who do nothing but talk and look on phone while on equipment. Theft is prevalent. Go to planet fitness or anywhere but Armstong dump.

Gym owner is obnoxious. Constantly putting up new signs with new rules. Trying to charge you $50 if you bring in a friend, but there's nothing saying you can buy a day pass. This gym also only has 1 single flat bench. Tons of cardio equipment, but only one flat bench. Honestly, just head to the YMCA down the road. They have showers there.
