Called multiple times thinking there was a bad connection but no they are picking up the phone and then hanging up, dont you want business? Why hang up on potential customers? Very unprofessional in my opinion. Wanted a quote but definitely will NOT be going with this company….cant even get them to answer the phone i can only imagine what the experience and job quality would be like!!!

Chris Puckett, representative of Armstrong Fence Company, showed up on time maybe even little early. He was respectful, informative and honest in his answers to my questions. I had answerers concerning fence issues and Chris answered honestly. I think Chris should be promoted because he represents his Company very respectfully.

I had a few sections of the existing fence repaired rather than replacing the entire thing. Some boards were damaged, while another section had become loose and needed attention. The repairs were focused on the areas that actually had problems, which made more sense than replacing sections that were still in good condition. Once the work was completed, the fence looked much more consistent. The repaired areas don't stand out as much as I expected either. This process should NEVER have gone on as long as it did, especially for a project costing over $6,000. What should have been a straightforward fence installation turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and constant follow-up on our end. I want to be clear: our sales representative, Harold Dumas, was the only positive part of this experience in the beginning. Great experience from start (designs and estimates with Chris) to installation. Eddy was a great team lead and he loved my dog, who was very appreciative of the new fence! Changed my entire backyard appearance and value.
