Recommendedhad a bad first impression with the office but Dawn and Dr Shirley apologized and got it straightened out was able to have my appointment- 2 hours later but at least it was same day. had a very pleasant visit. I will go back again everyone makes mistakes it's how we handle those mistakes that matter.
I have been going to Armstrong Eye Care Associates for years and have always seen Dr. Shirley. She takes the time to explain everything to me in clear and easy to understand terms. The staff are extremely helpful with picking out new frames and making any adjustments. I highly recommend Armstrong Eye Care Associates.
Glasses often cut and framed onsite, minimal wait, amazing staff, Dr.s Lobby, and Shirey are available for emergency calls and we all know an eye emergency is hellacious. They will also round at AVH and ACMH if you find yourself unable to make it to the office and they are always available for a consult and admission if your condition warrants it. 5 stars! Wonderful care! The entire staff is exceptional, from the receptionist to the doctor, everyone is attentive and friendly. Dr. Shirley spends time, answers all questions, and is extremely thorough - I would recommend them to everyone!
High level of care, everyone on the phone and in the office is very friendly and helpful. I'm impressed with the level of care/diagnostics/machines. Dr. Shirley is great, very thorough, explains everything wonderfully, and answers all my questions.
