Dr Bernet is very attentive and listens to your problems or issues. The office staff are one of the best I've ever dealt with
Wow , do not use them
I’m not a patient of theirs but I’m one to the doctors in the building. When I’m in the waiting room the language the front office uses and the way they talk about patients is truly unreal. I’ve been in the waiting room over 5 times and every single time it’s horrible, if I was their doctor I’d be ashamed to have them as my employees.
Very kind and friendly front window staff. The ladies were welcoming and helped explain things when I felt confused or unsure. Appreciated the good experience!
