Ian and his team were unreal. We sent in a budget and request for what we needed and in less then a week I’m driving away in my van that was an unreal price. Bought a brand new vehicle had ok service but now have been calling for 3 weeks and leaving messages to book an oil change and no calls back very disappointing i well no longer continue to do business with them
I dealt with Ian to purchase a used truck. My experience was amazing. From the time I called and talked to him to the final purchase. During this process I never felt pressured to purchase the truck. He answers all of my questions and was fair when negotiating a price. I would highly recommend him.
I just bought a used Grand Cherokee, I have to say I was very well treated I got a fair price and when I pick up the Jeep I was extremely well detailed I was like new (2021). When I drove home to Bancroft it was very noticeable that there was something wrong with the driving on the Hyway (did not notice in town) I brought it to Bancroft Chrysler and (ball joint) they fixed it! However Huntsville Dodge paid for it Super!!! Thanks Ben for your help!
