This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything. Phone calls go to voicemail (with no call back), website chat is never answered, and emails aren't returned. If I do get my product, I'll update this review, but I'm not hopeful..... I would NOT recommend using this company. I ordered an auto snow windshield cover online on 12/7/24. As of today (1/10), I have yet to receive my order. I have made several attempts to contact them - emailed, called, and used their instant message. The only responses were 1) an automated instant message that says "order #8 --- is awaiting fulfillment". Recently bought my 5th windshield shade from them and it was for the wrong model car. I emailed them and they sent it the correct one right away at no charge. They always fit perfectly and this one was no different! Huge selection, the first place I go when I buy a new vehicle. Thanks!
