Every encounter I have had with Dr. Armstrong has been a very enjoyable experience. Not only is he efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable, but that is also true of his entire staff. I had a very suspicious spot that had been present for some time, and my primary care physician referred me to some other dermatologist. The earliest appointment I could get at the other dermatologist’s office was six months out. I have been to several dermatologists in Pinellas County, and Frank Armstrong is by far the best. He can spot skin problems quickly and deal with them effectively. He respects his patients and takes the time to listen and explain all of the options. He has written many papers and articles on dermatological issues. I'm glad I found him. Interestingly, my best friend did recommend Dr. Armstrong after he had Dr. A. remove some skin cancer from his neck.
