I came in for a regular cleaning as a first appointment. After taking the pictures, the doctor and staff recommended some things which confused me and caused miscommunication (and some stress!). However, as soon as the team realized I’m confused and unhappy, they made sure to explain everything and that I am not going to do anything I’m uncomfortable with.
