I can’t say enough about the excellent experience I recently had with this dealership! From my very first phone call with Rob Taylor to the moment I picked up my Jeep, the service was outstanding. I was kept informed every step of the way, with regular updates on what was happening and what they found along the way. Great communication, excellent service, and a truly positive experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
A one star for your cookie cutter response. The short trip excuse does not work since I was on the east coast 2900 km away when the second warning happened. The service manager did reach out after my review and left a voicemail to call back. Why not respond in writing? I would give a 5 star rating�to the sales team as they have gone over and above with my last 2 new vehicle purchases. Purchased a 2016 Ram 3500 Longhorn from them with the help of Jessica, Stu and Rob. Truck came up with a problem very quickly which they took immediate action to address. They were very accommodating and. now I have the truck and looking forward to many years of trouble free service from it. Now, just for the people screwing with our fuel supply and prices to get out of the way and get us back to more affordable travel and enjoyment without the exploitive fuel and oil prices we are seeing. Where to start other than RUN AWAY!! Never would I buy another vehicle from this dealership. Corporation takeover = no customer care just false lip service. Bought a 2021 Ram 2500 with third party extended warranty. Have been trying to get them to fix my truck properly for over a year. Not one mechanic in the whole place all techs that no as much as basic kindergarten. Couldn't diagnose a camshaft problem for 6 plus months.
