Service department is unorganized and unresponsive, We have had our Cherokee in 3 times for the same problem. Parts were suppose to be ordered but weren’t ,we have been waiting 3 months for the parts When ever you call you wait for 20 min on hold Service never calls to let you know your cars done even though they say they will
I called seven different Chrysler Dodge RAM dealerships before contacting Scott in the parts department at Huntsville Dodge. While all the others just told me that the part I was looking for was on back order and delivery was 45 days +, Scott managed to find the part and arrange for pickup at a dealer closer to me in Burlington.
