If you are looking for some of the nicest people on the planet, call Armstrong Chimney! I have a wood burning furnace, desperately in need of repair. Keep in mind, they don't sell wood burning furnaces anymore. I was able to get the parts I needed, and Armstrong was the ONLY company who said "Sure, we'll take a look!" Armstrong Chimney is a 10-star company. All work was performed quickly on short notice. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and the office staff are as well. All work quoted was explained in detail why it was necessary, they provided a quote and stayed within that budget. As a new homeowner 5 years ago, I was looking for a company that I could stand behind for yearly fireplace and chimney cleaning. A friend recommended Armstrong Chimney and I'm glad they did! I have nothing put + things to say about the staff, service and customer support. Installed custom stainless steel cap and other preventative services on chimney. I will continue to rely on Armstrong Chimney for their expertise.
After surviving a chimney fire and after dealing with an unqualified chimney service who jammed in the new liner they attempted to install and caused additional damage to our chimney, Don Armstrong and his group of professional chimney workers worked tirelessly to rebuild our chimney, remove the damaged liner and installed a new liner as well as a new cap.
