Everyone was great! I called with an emergency and from the woman on the phone to the worker who came to the house! Awesome! Would definitely recommend this company!!!
I called and was told they would give me a call the following week. Received no call back, going on two weeks.
Set up an appointment for a chimney sweep & :inspection. They charges $300. Asked to have someone check out fireplace door. The tech they sent had no clue about door. The tech mentioned some safety work that needed to me done and would email quotes. A month later and no email. Followed up with door, they sent the owner out. Said would give us a quote another 2 weeks nothing back. Now wont return messages. So paid for inspection and never got report. They take your money and bail. Don’t recommend at all.
Armstrong Chimney / Armstrong Masonry contacted me to move up our originally scheduled estimate appointment. I rearranged my day to accommodate the change and made sure to be home on time. However, 20 minutes after the agreed-upon time, I received a call from Antonio informing me he wouldn’t arrive until more than an hour later. They also charge $200 for an estimate — which makes their disregard for the customer’s time even more frustrating. If you are looking for some of the nicest people on the planet, call Armstrong Chimney! I have a wood burning furnace, desperately in need of repair. Keep in mind, they don't sell wood burning furnaces anymore. I was able to get the parts I needed, and Armstrong was the ONLY company who said "Sure, we'll take a look!"
