Took our Chevy Tahoe in for an oil change at agreed appointment time. They took TWO HOURS! No one came to tell us the vehicle was ready. Service rep was less than helpful. They didn't rotate the tires either or check fluid levels.
This place sold me a Honda pilot back in Oct 2024 Within weeks I noticed it would shake horrendously when hitting the brakes and it would wobble when hitting gas. Took it in to les swab only to find out it needs 5k in repairs. Needs brakes, alignment, new tires, new arms for rotation, a whole bunch of new parts. I reach out to the dealership and the seller who assisted with the sale no longer works there.
