I just bought a used car yesterday, 62,000 miles. Not even 24 hours later, our car has a check engine light and is in “low power engine mode”. We took it in, and the Subaru service center front desk employee (female), was rude. Asked we drop off the keys and leave. Mind you, I have my 19 month old baby with me and we dropped off the vehicle to them to be serviced and my husband had to leave work to drop off this car. It’s been over a year since I got a car here, but every time I pass this place I’ll never forget my experience. Shannon came out and immediately helped me and got right to work. No pressure from him at all just information and a helpful attitude. Shannon also helped my sister get a car previously, and my siblings really loved him.
