The Doctor was extremely competent and friendly but his nursing staff is rude, entitled and a detriment to his relationships with his patients. I am almost at a point of walking away from Kaiser but I think its possibly a systemic problem in our culture and especially if you happen to be a white male boomer.
Dr Rademacher, Dr Charles B Armstrong, RN Kristin Marie Catbagan all went beyond the call of duty to see that I could hear. It is wonderful to be able to hear again. They were all very professional and caring.
