If I could give him zero stars, I would. We contracted with Armstrong Cal Builders for a one bedroom, one bathroom addition and a new garage. It's been a nightmare. Shawn Salah, the owner, was rarely at the job site. There were many days when no-one was working there. As a result, it took over two years before we could move in.
