We love our new home! It’s exactly what we had in mind. We knew from Paul’s reputation that the house would be built in a quality way and that he and his team would do a great job. Nice builders but response after purchase is complete is not up to my customer expectations. 3/8/2023-changing rating from 3 to 5 star..Justin reached out immediately and explained why they couldn’t come and fix the issue. I haven’t seen this level of customer service after my review in google. Business is watching all these customers reviews..Again Big thanks to Justin!!!
I just closed on my gorgeous new home today. The build process with Armstrong and Paul Phillips was truly exceptional. Paul was patient and helpful every step of the way. The team’s attention to detail is outstanding. I felt like they listened to me and took care of any small concern that came up immediately.
