This Bank and its upper management is worthless!!! When asked for standard bank policies (policies of which other banks provide upon request), I was told they do not share policies for THIER account requirements (account policies) with customers. I have never been so disrespected in a bank in all my life; completely unprofessional upper management. Go to any bank in Claremore but this one!!!!!
Such a wonderful Bank. Everyone working their are so friendly and helpful. It's been aprox 2 years since the Catoosa Location closed and they still remember me.
