Such a wonderful Bank. Everyone working their are so friendly and helpful. It's been aprox 2 years since the Catoosa Location closed and they still remember me.
Friendly and helpful staff, I’m greeted with a smile every time I walk. Great bank that makes you feel welcomed.
Terrible bank. It used to be great but it’s drastically went down hill. ATM is never functional. It’s been months. Not convenient at all. App never works correctly. No one answers the phone. You can even stand inside and wait and not be helped or you receive extremely rude service. I’ve been banking there for 10 years (started when it was grand) and they tried to charge me for a money order for the first time the other day.
