After February's auto pays go through, I am finding another financial institution to manage my money. I am done with Armstrong bank allowing hackers to steal my money. Then they say they are putting my money back in only to randomly take it back months later and putting me in a financial bind. Then the "customer service" rep reads from a script to tell me how sorry he is. Nope. No more.
Very very poor service don't recommend
Horrible customer service. Very poor management. Not small business friendly. Do not use this bank. I did have a review explaining everything, the bank had it removed. So have to be vague now. Customer beware. Stay away from this bank.
