The team at muskogee is next level
I just came from the Muskogee Main Branch. I opted into paperless statements. Apparently they only allow you access to your online statements for 18 months then they expect you to pay $10 per month for every statement for every account. For my personal situation that amounts to $240 for my accounts and another $240 for my husband's. A kind gentleman came out to help us and we explained the situation.
