The team at muskogee is next level
I just came from the Muskogee Main Branch. I opted into paperless statements. Apparently they only allow you access to your online statements for 18 months then they expect you to pay $10 per month for every statement for every account. For my personal situation that amounts to $240 for my accounts and another $240 for my husband's. A kind gentleman came out to help us and we explained the situation. They treat loyal customers very poorly. Time to change banks.
Since they don't want to accept my LEGAL temp license, as thats how the STATE does it just because it's a print out. When I needed money- Then you will not get my money when I do have your plastic id. The DMV says the paper printout of your license is legal. Perfect example of punishing everyone because one or two people spoofed a printout. Way to treat your customers. Don't worry, not all banks are as scared as you guys.
