This was my 9th eatery in Armstrong by accident because the Chinese restaurant was closed without any warning online. I bought an apple fritter and a piece of rocky road cake for just over $5. The woman was friendly and helpful. She skipped the tip option for me on the machine to help me avoid any guilt. There were four tables available inside for seating. The setup inside is a bit unique. Stopped in for a coffee and banana bread. First, and most notably, the young women working were so rude! No welcome. No courtesy or customer service. Talked to each other and ignored me. Threw my banana bread at me on the counter. And when I was looking in the display case, walked right in front of me with a broom, between me and the case, without so much as an "excuse me". Rude! I used to skip out of class and come down here for sausage rolls all the time when I was in high school. Was that responsible? No. Was it worth it? Yes. I've tried a variety of their other products as well, and the worst of their baked goods are merely mediocre. The vast majority ranges from quite good to excellent. But those sausage rolls...
