Absolutely appalling service. Charged for a full service. Battery was recorded 100%. Not even 4 weeks later had a battery recorded by the same mechanics at 37% to be charged an extra fee to tell me so. If you can't check a battery how can you trust your car with this group. If i could give ZERO stars I would.
Shoutout to Joe in Melbourne (Parts Interpreter)! Joe went above and beyond to help me source much-needed door badges for my Jeep. These parts were on back order from the U.S. with a wait time of up to 3 months—but Joe had them in stock and express posted them straight to my repairer. He was incredibly helpful, had a great attitude, and made the whole process easy. Truly outstanding service!
