The service department here is shocking. I booked a Jeep I bought there in for first service and tow bar installation on a Friday shortly after purchasing the vehicle there, the first service there was included for free in the sale. Booking was confirmed, travelled from Brisbane to Toowoomba (as I live in Brisbane) arrived at 9am only to be told that the tow bar installation would not be completed on the Friday and will need to be finished off on Monday. Phone to secure service.... online not sufficient. Service staff was professional, helpful, vehicle was read before collecting time. Will definitely use them in future.

DO NOT TAKE your vehicle here for servicing or repairs, not enough time in a day to go through my complaints/Grievances . I was without a vehicle for month due to their incompetence and negligence, In all areas of the business : - The service tech that worked on my vehicle - The service team - The parts team - The branch manager - Their care factor is zero - their so called “customers for life” slogan is rubbish, do not fall for it.
