Please do NOT take your car here. Simple as that. Read the reviews if you need any clarification on how useless their service department is. Had months of chaos and annoyance for a problem that was fixed by another service centre in a day. Armstrong motor group will break parts of your car, have terrible communication and never live up to their promises.
I can highly recommend the sales crew at Armstrong Auto group. James, Seb, Jo & Jack all went above and beyond to make the purchase of my new BMW M2 an absolute pleasure. Thank you team.
Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I had a very frustrating experience with this service center. I dropped my car off for servicing on Friday at 9:00 am, and was told they would call me when it was ready. Unfortunately, I never received any call. I tried ringing them multiple times to check on the status of my car but received no response.
