I used to be a regular customer for quite some time, bringing in my company’s fleet vehicles for maintenance and repairs. Absolutely unacceptable experience at Armstrong Auto Care. After having my vehicle for several hours, they waited until about 20 minutes before closing to inform me that they were unable to change a tire because they allegedly do not have the tools to service a BMW. Had a flat tire and came in to get it replaced. They gave me a great price, did a quick scan of the rest of my tires, and shared helpful recommendations without any pressure.
