My girlfriend lives in these apartments. $900 a month for these little apartments with nothing included is expensive, in the small town of Gillett. There is not enough parking spots(doesn't help that people park with 8ft between cars). Electric heat. With very little carpet. No insulation in the walls, can hear all the neighbors talking. Water is expensive. Takes sometimes 30mins to get hot water. Only one water meter on the building. So don't know how they figure out who's using what.
