Fast and courtesy. My first time using this shop and I was impressed. Inside of the store was clean and organized. Definitely recommend.
I brought my 2012 Ford Fusion Hybrid in for a diagnostic ($160) after suspecting a coolant/water pump issue, which I was ultimately correct about. However, the overall experience and communication from staff was very disappointing. They also inspected a clunking noise in my steering and diagnosed it as a faulty intermediate steering shaft, quoting around $600.
