Wayne was amazing to work with! He was very friendly and personable. He worked longer than he originally expected it to take, but didn't charge us extra. He helped us pull up the carpeting in order to seal the cracks in the basement floor. He seemed very genuine and kind. He even removed quite a bit of our overgrown plants, saying something along the lines of "some of it was in the way, but then I just kept going because they needed trimming".
