I ordered a knife from them on December 7th, 2018. It is now May 2nd, 2019 and I have not received my knife. I stop by to check on it once a month when I go to my chiropractor appointment in the same shopping center. I originally intended to gift the knife as a Christmas present. So much for that plan. Terrible service. Very unkind and disingenuous staff. Took forever for my purchase to arrive and never returned my phone calls. I will never come here again.
