We have had a great experience here! The coach is incredibly knowledgeable and teaches techniques that will be used throughout life. He is very careful to be sure the kids aren’t pushing themselves above their abilities that would cause an injury. We would recommend to anyone looking for training!
We were recommended to ARMS from another family and we have been very impressed! Our son has really enjoyed attending Coach Jerrod’s classes this summer. He leads by example; is very knowledgeable and patient with all the kids as well.
My daughter has gained so much from training at Arms. Can’t recommend enough!
My daughter has made so much progress this summer while attending Arms. She has a higher vertical jump, faster run and greater overall strength. Coach Jerrod really takes the time to ensure safety and proper technique which leads to progress!
He's very good at coaching!! I have improved a lot!!
