I called Lucas because of another review on his site I'm so glad I did He came over to look at everything and then gave me options explaining what they were and the benefits to each way He was always professional and friendly. I really appreciated his work ethic and honesty I was so impressed that I actually ended up asking him to do extra jobs which turned out great I would definitely use a Lucas again for any jobs I needed done
