The appointment was at 10 a.m., but they didn’t start on my car until almost noon. No apology or explanation. Then, when the job was finally done, they left sticky residue on the windows and scratched the trim around my door. This place is extremely unprofessional and not worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs
At first, the tint job looked decent, but within a month, the film started to peel and fade. The material clearly wasn't high quality, even though I paid for the “premium” package. Now the windows have an ugly purple hue and it’s embarrassing to drive. They refused to redo the job or offer a refund. Total waste of money.
I had my car windows tinted here a few weeks ago, and the results were very disappointing. There are bubbles and creases in almost every window, especially the rear one. When I went back to complain, they acted like it was my fault for rolling the windows down—even though I followed their instructions exactly. Terrible customer service and even worse workmanship. Would not recommend.
