Didn't show up on the day they were scheduled. When they rescheduled for the next day, they showed up an hour early when I wasn't expecting them. Then they scheduled a time for a city inspector to check their work. The inspector didn't show up on the day I was told by them, so I asked them what was going on. They said that the inspector was no longer going to show up that day, but rather the next. Zero stars. They left a hole in the wall of my shower and said they would be back the next day, but never showed up. When I called the landlord, the work order was closed as completed/finished. Most unprofessional company I've ever had to do business with.
If i could rate them no stars i would. This company is so sloppy and unprofessional they really don’t care about their quality of work or keeping customers happy. You can see how unprofessional they are did not bother to put up protective barriers inside my home. Made a mess all over filled everything with debris. When told why they didn't protect my stuff they claimed to have door closed and did not think that dust had escaped i had came up and door was not closed. Was expecting them to be here within a certain time frame rescheduled an hour before the send of timeframe. Unprofessional company
