My experience was not that bad. Came 11.50 On dock 12.45 and got papers 2.30. I realized their appointment flexibility depends on how busy they are. Nice staff. They give your papers in your truck when they are done.
Got there by 8 offloaded right away. Quick unloading took 30 mins just
It's not a good place for the outside carriers . They will take their sweet time to unload the trailer. We reached here at 6 am for 7 am. delivery, but didn't get a dock. It is 11 am right now. Pathetic.
