First off, they did come on time, very nice, good spray of the roof young folks worked hard. Just about killed my roses in the front. That’s neither here nor there. My problem with them is: The contract says- ARMA Roofing association certified roof cleaning and treatment solutions. We offer professional moss removal and roof demossing without any cause of damage to your roof. They come and spray the roof, that’s all. WELL when does the roof cleaning or the moss removal come in?
