Shawn sweet-talked his way into getting the job to clean the duct. Once he started working, he had the worst attitude I've ever seen, acting as if he was providing a free service. He suggested I pay in cash, which I did, but now I deeply regret it. His work was extremely sloppy, and he not only ruined my furnace but also damaged the board.
